Media Club members often require access to certain parts of the school that demand authorisation. This can range from CCA Room 6 to the hall gallery, control room and auditorium. Sometimes, Media Club members requiring access are denied, hindering efficiency and sometimes delaying equpment setups and performances. This gives the Media Club a bad image. Worse still, students without the rights to set foot on Media Club's work areas might find their way into control rooms and cause damage because it is hard for the staff to find out who needs what.

So, how do we try to escalate Media Club privileges? An identification tag might be a good idea. Media Club members would be able to make use of the ID tags to collect keys and equipment. Since we do not have a uniform, an ID tag would prove to be most practical as long as members wear one when doing PA.

HOPEFULLY after a tag is authorised, members can be identified by the tags during duties instead of having to wear a Nikon mesh over the school uniform. Event-in-charge (teachers) can know who to speak to and who to consult. Members can enter the workroom to look for technicians without being charged of trespassing the staff room. Also, keys to control rooms and CCA room 6 can be drawn from the office (hopefully no questons asked).

If possible, the ID tag scheme can be implemented for Media Club members' convenience.

Note: A Duty tag has already been implemented and members are to wear it during duties.
